These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Number Match mobile application (the "App"), published by ACKPlus Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Number Match, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time (see "Changes to these Terms" below); your continued use of the App means you accept the version then in effect.
2. Who can use the App
Number Match is a casual number puzzle game intended for a general audience. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in the App to you.
4. Things you must not do
When using the App, you agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use cheats, automation, bots, modified clients, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage or to tamper with scores, leaderboards, or rewards;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the App or the services that support it; or
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
5. Accounts and sign-in
You can play Number Match without an account. You may optionally sign in using a third-party provider (such as Google or Apple) to save your progress and appear on the leaderboards. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Leaderboards and public display
If you sign in, your chosen display name and your scores may be shown publicly on in-app leaderboards visible to other players. Do not use a display name that is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, impersonates another person, or reveals personal information you do not wish to make public. We may remove, change, or reset any display name, score, or leaderboard entry that we believe is inappropriate, fraudulent, or obtained in violation of these Terms.
7. In-game items and lifelines
The App may include virtual items and lifelines (for example, Hints and Adds). These are part of the game, have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and are licensed — not sold — to you. They are earned through play or by choosing to watch an advertisement; no purchase is necessary. We may change, limit, or remove virtual items and game features at any time.
8. Advertising
Number Match is supported by advertising. The App shows third-party advertisements, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads served through Google AdMob and other ad partners. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice and, where offered, grants an in-game reward. Advertisements and the content they link to are provided by third parties and are governed by those third parties' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services that are advertised.
9. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services to operate, including services from Google (sign-in, AdMob advertising, and Firebase analytics, crash reporting, and cloud database) and Apple (sign-in). Your use of those features may be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third parties.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. How we collect and use information — such as analytics, crash reports, and, if you sign in, your account identifier and display name — is described in our Privacy Policy at https://ackplus.com/privacy-policy-for-number-match. By using the App, you also agree to that Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The App and all of its content — including the Number Match name, logos, designs, graphics, sounds, text, and software — are owned by ACKPlus Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited licence granted in these Terms, nothing here gives you any right, title, or interest in the App.
12. Updates, changes, and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required for the App to keep working. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use the App at your own risk.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACKPlus Solutions and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or its online features if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where reasonable, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which ACKPlus Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
