This Privacy Policy explains how ACKPlus Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Arrow Knot (the "Game"), our mobile puzzle game for Android and iOS (package com.ackbiz.arrow_knot).
By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Summary (the short version)
- Arrow Knot is free and supported by advertising.
- We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or payment details to play.
- We and our advertising and analytics partners collect certain technical and usage information — including a mobile advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID on Android, Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) — to show ads, measure performance, and fix crashes.
- In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads using a Google-certified consent prompt. On iOS we also show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- You can change or withdraw your ad-consent choices at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy options (shown where applicable).
2. Who we are
The Game is published by ACKPlus Solutions ([registered address / jurisdiction — e.g. "Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India"]). For any privacy question or request, contact us at contact@ackplus.com.
3. Information we collect
We do not ask you to sign in, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location to play the Game. The information collected falls into these categories:
a) Information collected automatically by us and our service providers
- Advertising identifier — Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, or the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, used to deliver and measure ads (subject to your consent / device settings).
- Device and technical information — device model, operating system version, language, country/region, screen size, network type, and similar diagnostic data.
- Identifiers and network information — IP address (which may be used to infer approximate, city/region-level location for ad relevance and fraud prevention) and ad-network/device identifiers.
- Usage and gameplay data — events such as levels started/completed, boosters used, ads watched, session length, and in-app interactions, used for analytics and to improve the Game.
- Crash and performance data — diagnostic logs, stack traces, and performance metrics when the app encounters an error.
b) Information stored only on your device
- Your game progress, level stars, coins/boosters, and audio/haptic preferences are saved locally on your device. We do not upload this to our servers.
c) Information you choose to give us
- If you use Send Feedback or email us, we receive the message and any contact details you include, solely to respond to you.
We do not knowingly collect special-category/sensitive data, contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Display advertising, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards (e.g. coins, hints, extra lives). (The Game does not currently show interstitial ads.)
- Show ads that are either personalized (where you have consented) or non-personalized, and to measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud and invalid activity.
- Understand how players use the Game and improve gameplay, balance, and features (analytics).
- Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and performance problems.
- Respond to your feedback and support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
The Game contains no real-money in-app purchases; in-game coins and boosters are virtual items earned through play or by watching rewarded ads. (If you add purchases later, update this section.)
5. Advertising and analytics partners (third parties)
We use the following third-party services, which act as independent controllers and/or processors of the data they collect through the Game. Please review their privacy policies:

These partners may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, and usage/diagnostic data as described in their own policies. We add new ad-mediation partners only through this list; if we do, we will update this Policy.
For information about how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
6. Your consent choices and controls
a) EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). Before we request personalized ads, we present a Google-certified consent message (Google UMP) so you can accept or decline. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via Settings → Privacy options inside the Game.
b) iOS — App Tracking Transparency. On iOS, we show Apple's tracking prompt. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," we do not use the IDFA to track you, and you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
c) Device-level ad controls. You can reset or limit ad personalization at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete/Reset advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, and Tracking.
Declining consent or limiting tracking does not stop ads — it means you see non-personalized ads instead.
7. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Consent — for personalized advertising and any tracking via the advertising identifier (Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time as described in §6.
- Legitimate interests — for non-personalized ads, basic analytics, crash diagnostics, security, and fraud/invalid-traffic prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with law.
8. Your rights (EEA/UK and similar laws)
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact contact@ackplus.com. Because we do not collect account identifiers, we may ask for information (such as your advertising ID) to locate any data associated with your device.
9. U.S. state privacy rights (California/CPRA and others)
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with privacy laws, you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, the use of advertising identifiers for personalized/targeted ads may be considered a "sale" or "share" under some U.S. laws. To opt out, decline the consent prompt, use Settings → Privacy options, or use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking"/"Opt out of Ads Personalization" control (see §6). We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Children's privacy
Arrow Knot is a general-audience game intended for users aged 13 and older (16+ where required in the EEA/UK). It is not directed to children under those ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact contact@ackplus.com and we will delete it. We configure our ad requests with an age-appropriate maximum ad content rating.
11. How information is shared
We share information only as described in this Policy: with the advertising and analytics partners in §5 (for the purposes stated), and where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition). We do not sell your personal information for money.
12. Data retention
Game progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data. Information held by our partners is retained according to their own policies (see §5). Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, then deleted or aggregated.
13. International data transfers
Our partners (including Google and Unity) may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
14. Security
We and our partners use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
