These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Infinity Number Merge ("the app", "the game"), published by ACKBiz ("we", "us", "our"). License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the app or any part of it, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and to play fairly. You must not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, tamper with scores, manipulate the leaderboards, or interfere with the app's normal operation or with other players' experience. We may remove scores, reset progress, or restrict access for any account we reasonably believe has violated these Terms.

Accounts and leaderboards

You can play anonymously without an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Display names and scores you submit to the global leaderboards are public. You must not use a display name that is offensive, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise objectionable, and we may change or remove such names. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Virtual items

The app may include virtual items such as coins, boosters, and themes that you earn through play. These items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the app, and are licensed to you rather than sold. We may change, expire, or remove virtual items at any time. The game contains no real-money in-app purchases.

Advertising

The app may show optional advertising, including rewarded video and banner ads, served through third parties. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for any third-party websites or offers they link to. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional.

Intellectual property

The app, including its code, design, graphics, audio, and trademarks, is owned by ACKBiz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any rights in our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that scores and progress will always be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACKBiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app, which for a free app is zero.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may suspend or end your access to the app or its online features at any time, including for a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights that you cannot waive under the law of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
