Scope of Refund Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by ACKPlus Solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Web Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Backend Development
  • Maintenance and Support
  • Other IT services

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Delivered: If a service has not been initiated or delivered within the agreed-upon timeline and the delay is due to our fault, a refund request may be submitted.
  2. Non-Adherence to Agreed Scope: If the final deliverable does not match the agreed-upon scope outlined in the project proposal or contract, you may request a refund. This is subject to a thorough review by our team.
  3. Cancellation by the Client:
  4. For hourly projects, refunds will be processed for unused hours or work that has not yet started.
  5. For fixed-cost projects, refunds will be issued for incomplete phases, based on the percentage of work completed and resources utilized.
  6. Technical Issues: If technical issues caused by our services are unresolved despite repeated attempts to fix them, you may be eligible for a partial refund.


Non-Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Change of Mind: Once the work has commenced or been delivered, refunds cannot be granted due to a change of mind or revised project priorities.
  2. Third-Party Delays: Refunds will not be issued if delays or disruptions are caused by third-party integrations, external service providers, or client-side actions.
  3. Lack of Communication: If the client fails to provide timely approvals, feedback, or necessary inputs, leading to delays or project issues, refunds will not be granted
  4. Completed Work: Refunds are not applicable for work that has been completed and approved by the client.
  5. Force Majeure: Refunds will not be granted for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or technical infrastructure failures.
